Order Status And Tracking:

To check your order status or find shipment tracking information please login to your account on Kate & Meri and look for the order under “Complete Orders”. You can also contact us if you are unable to find it in your account as we’d be happy to help!


Shipping:

Currently we ship to anywhere in the United States. Please be advised that shipping rates and times to Alaska and Hawaii will be different from the contiguous US. Full details can be found on our Shipping page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for our onesies are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

How fast can I get my onesie?


With the exception of large orders (15 onesies or more), which we assume you don't need unless you're buying for an entire neighborhood all at once, we print your custom onesie in 1-2 business days.

Thus, how fast you get your onesie depends on what shipping option you choose during checkout! There are three shipping speeds to choose from during the checkout process. With Priority Mail Express shipping, including printing time, you can have it in as little as 2-3 business days. If you need your onesie fast, please let us know what date you need it by and we’ll let you know if it is possible and what your required shipping selection needs to be. We'll do everything in our power to make it happen!

 

Returns & Refunds Policy:

You may return new/unworn, unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  The cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.

If your order has a shipping or production issue, please contact us within 14 days and we will make sure you are either refunded or sent a replacement onesie at no additional charge to you. 

You should expect to receive your refund within 4-10 business days of us receiving your returned item.. However, in many cases you will receive a refund significantly quicker. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).

In cases where a return is desired where there was not a shipping or production error there is some difficulty due to the nature of custom products.  Nonetheless, if you aren't 100% happy with your onesie, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. We want you to be happy and will do everything we can to make that happen!

Ordering:

Can you package my purchase so the price isn't seen if it's a gift?


Yes! We are happy to not put any price information or receipt/invoice in your package if that is what you want. Just let us know during checkout or immediately after making your order and we'll make sure no pricing details are included in your package. 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you absolutely need to cancel your order please do so before it ships. Custom orders present some challenges when it comes to cancellations as we print these on demand and do not hold inventory that can be re-sold, especially when we’ve fulfilled it correctly. Nonetheless, contact us and we will do our best to make it right and ensure you are happy!

What kind of onesies do you sell?

We currently sell onesies from Carters and Gerber. These ones are considered some of the most affordable, softest, and well-fitting onesies in the industry.

What sizes of onesies do you sell?

We sell Newborn to 24M or 2T onesies. You can see more on Our Onesies + Sizing page. 


Printing

What type of printing is used for the onesie?

All of our onesies are printed via digital printing in a direct-to-garment fashion. We do not use iron on vinyls. Direct printing offers a clearer, longer-lasting, higher-quality print than does vinyl transfers.

How do I get a custom listing instead one of the ones I see on the website? 

Contact us and we'd be happy to work with you for your super cute or hilarious onesie idea. :) We'd be thrilled to help at no extra cost to you. 

Do you print white ink?

We do not. White ink in any design does not print. Rather, any white elements in the design will use the white of the onesie. The only exception to this is for black onesies. White ink will print on black onesies.

What are the details on your giving back program?


Like many, many other Moms we've either experienced or seen firsthand the struggle that is postpartum depression and anxiety. Because of this, we're dedicated to giving 5% of all profits to nonprofits and services that help Moms with these challenges. We pray our efforts make a difference in other Moms' daily battles.
