Hooded Towels

Our hooded towels are made with 50% combed ringspun cotton and 50% polyester terry cloth for maximum baby comfort and softness that also lends to excellent print quality and a durable towel for your baby. The hooded towel also comes with an easy tear label, rounded corners, and ears for those super cute pictures.

Size:

The hooded towel measures 36” x 36” from corner to corner. It’s intended to be a one size fits all for babies and toddlers.

Towel Care:

To properly care for your hooded towel machine wash with cold water on a delicate cycle. To dry, tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. Do NOT use harsh detergents, fabric softener, or bleach. Do NOT iron.

Processing & Shipping Time

With the exception of large orders, which we assume you don't need unless you're buying for an entire neighborhood all at once, we print your personalized hooded towel in 1-3 business days.

Thus, how fast you get your towel depends on what shipping option you choose during checkout! There are three shipping speeds to choose from during the checkout process. With Priority Mail Express shipping, including printing time, you can have it in as little as 3-4 business days. If you need your towel fast, please let us know what date you need it by and we’ll let you know how to get it to you.

We use USPS to ship all orders. All orders ship from Salt Lake City, Utah. Rates are calculated by Etsy at checkout based on the address in your Etsy account. Available shipping speeds are outlined below:

USPS First Class Package Services - 2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail - 1-3 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express - 1-2 business days

Printing Process:

All of our towels are printed with love on a world-class direct-to-garment printer that offers a far better print quality than vinyl heat transfer. The eco-friendly inks used are kid and pet safe and have been rated with the highest rating for the number of times they can be rewashed before fading occurs. Post-printing we cure the ink with a commercial quality heat press to ensure your printed towel does not crack. We are 100% confident you’ll love the gorgeous and long-lasting towel that you will get. Please note, white ink in any design on any towel with the exception of black does not print. Rather, any white elements in the design will use the background color of the towel. White will print on black towels.

Gift Wrap / Gifts / Invoice-less Orders

If you’re buying your towel as a gift please check the “This order is a gift” checkbox on the Cart page during checkout. This will ensure that no prices will be shown on any of the package contents. You can also add any other notes to the order when checking this box. To have your towel shipped in a gift box, please check the "Add gift wrapping for $5.00" checkbox on the cart page. This is visible after clicking the "This order is a gift" checkbox.

What is your refunds and return policy?

Anytime it is our mistake - printing or shipping - we will of course make sure you are either refunded or sent a replacement towel at no charge to you.

In cases where it is not our fault, there is some difficulty due to the nature of custom products. Nonetheless, we're moms just like you. If you aren't 100% happy with your towel contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. We want you to be happy and will do everything we can to make it happen!

What is your cancellation policy?

If you absolutely need to cancel your order please do so before it ships. Per the previous question, custom orders present some challenges when it comes to cancellations as we print these on-demand and do not hold inventory that can be re-sold, especially when we’ve fulfilled it correctly. Nonetheless, contact us and we will do our best to make it right and ensure you are happy!

What happens with a wrong address?

Because we use calculated shipping as offered by Etsy this means that the shipping address is filled out automatically through Etsy based on the information you enter at checkout or have on file. Because of this, we are not responsible for any information that is entered incorrectly.
