Processing & Shipping Time
With the exception of large orders, which we assume you don't need unless you're buying for an entire neighborhood all at once, we print your custom onesie in 1-2 business days.
Thus, how fast you get your onesie depends on what shipping option you choose during checkout! There are three shipping speeds to choose from during the checkout process. With Priority Mail Express shipping, including printing time, you can have it in as little as 2-3 business days. If you need your onesie fast, please let us know what date you need it by and we’ll let you know how to get it to you.
We use USPS to ship all orders. All orders ship from Salt Lake City, Utah. Rates are calculated by Shopify. Available shipping speeds are outlined below:
USPS First Class Package Services - 2-5 business days
USPS Priority Mail - 1-3 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express - 1-2 business days
What is your returns and refunds policy?
You may return new/unworn, unopened items in the original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The cost of return shipping will not be included in your refund.
If your order has a shipping or production issue, please contact us within 14 days and we will make sure you are either refunded or sent a replacement onesie at no additional charge to you.
You should expect to receive your refund within 4-10 business days of us receiving your returned item.. However, in many cases you will receive a refund significantly quicker. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
In cases where a return is desired where there was not a shipping or production error there is some difficulty due to the nature of custom products. Nonetheless, if you aren't 100% happy with your onesie, contact us and we'll work with you to make it right. We want you to be happy and will do everything we can to make that happen!

What is your cancellation policy?
If you absolutely need to cancel your order please do so before it ships. Per the previous question, custom orders present some challenges when it comes to cancellations as we print these on demand and do not hold inventory that can be re-sold, especially when we’ve fulfilled it correctly. Nonetheless, contact us and we will do our best to make it right and ensure you are happy!
Gift Wrap / Gifts / Invoice-less Orders
If you’re buying your onesie as a gift please leave a note to us on the Cart page during checkout. This will will ensure that no prices will be shown on any of the package contents. You can also add any other notes to the order using this same field on the cart page.
What happens with a wrong address?
Please ensure you enter your shipping information correctly while checking out. Once delivered to the post office for shipping we are not able to change the shipping address.
